Two clubs with rich histories will meet on Sunday, September 10, when Persib All-Stars takes on Borussia Dortmund Legends at the iconic Siliwangi Stadium in Bandung, Indonesia.
This exhibition match celebrates a global partnership between Persib and BVB, a highlight of the German giant’s Southeast Asia tour.
Persib, hailed as one of the most followed football clubs in Asia, enjoys the fervent support of West Java’s population of nearly 50 million. The club also boasts impressive numbers across social media platforms in terms of viewership and engagement.
While the Siliwangi Stadium served as Persib’s home ground for many years, the team eventually transitioned to the larger and more modern GBLA Stadium.
